Wholesale 10x Monstera Adansonii Mint Variegated

They arrived in terrible condition. 5 of them died on the way and the other 5 lost almost all their leaves. A few uncurled new leaves since then and they’ve reverted, so I don’t know if the variegation will come back. Also my syngonium melted.
Wrote to customer service upon arrival which was weeks ago asking if I could have a refund on just 5 and they haven’t answered. Before my order shipped I also asked if they could send my order to the Seatac plant inspection station, which they never answered, and instead sent it to Arizona, which is probably why they did so badly. I live on the west coast, and it had to go all the way to Arizona and back in 110 degree weather. That’s wild. I literally said in the email I live half an hour away from the SeaTac station so I could pick it up. That would have saved 4 days in a hot box and $50 in shipping for me. They never responded to that either.
Some of the other plants survived nicely, so I’ll give it 2 stars but I don’t trust this company anymore.
